ENQUIRY FORM Please note that this is treated as an enquiry only and
not a secured reservation. We require a $100.00 deposit to confirm our
reservations. A. If a deposit has been received for a booking
and it has been cancelled more than 1 week prior to the day of expected
arrival, a full refund is given less an administration fee of ten dollars. If a cancellation is received with less than 1
weeks notice, a full refund is given less the administration fee, only if the
room is resold, or at the discretion of the General Manager. B. Minimum booking periods can be applied at
the discretion of the General Manager. For example, some long weekends may
have a three night minimum booking period. Bookings made for initial minimum booking
periods and then cancelled to a shorter period will still be charged for the
night/s cancelled. C. The manager or duty receptionist reserves
the right to cancel any booking that: 1. They feel the guests may be disruptive to
other guests or to staff or management. 2. Has not arrived by the given ETA 3. Has not confirmed by the method requested. For group bookings, cancellation and
deposit information, please contact reception for more information.
Terms and Conditions of Providing
Accommodation
Sovereign Park Motor Inn regulates a strict “NO PARTY
POLICY”. To protect the “INTEGRITY
OF OUR NON-SMOKING ROOMS” Sovereign Park Motor Inn will charge
$200 to the credit card of the registered guest when smoke odour
is detected in a non-smoking room. This charge is to cover the
cost of laundering all soft furnishings and carpet. To ensure the
comfort of all guests Sovereign Park Motor Inn
Sovereign Park Motor Inn has a “USER PAYS FOR DAMAGE POLICY”. Non accidental or negligent damage caused by a guest such as scratches, permanent marks, dents or stains to plaster, soft furnishings or carpet will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest for that room to the cost of the repair.
