A. If a deposit has been received for a booking
and it has been cancelled more than 1 week prior to the day of expected
arrival, a full refund is given less an administration fee of ten dollars.
If a cancellation is received with less than 1
weeks notice, a full refund is given less the administration fee, only if the
room is resold, or at the discretion of the General Manager.
B. Minimum booking periods can be applied at
the discretion of the General Manager. For example, some long weekends may
have a three night minimum booking period.
Bookings made for initial minimum booking
periods and then cancelled to a shorter period will still be charged for the
night/s cancelled.
C. The manager or duty receptionist reserves
the right to cancel any booking that:
1. They feel the guests may be disruptive to
other guests or to staff or management.
2. Has not arrived by the given ETA
3. Has not confirmed by the method requested.
